In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

All jl599 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl599 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, available real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jl599 Account may do so by contacting jl599 support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
